Summer Access Policy

The Archives office, along with the rest of the James P. Boyce Centennial Library, will be closed in observance of the following major holidays: Memorial Day (May 27), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (September 2).

The main floor of the James P. Boyce Centennial Library is currently open to the public, but the Archives & Special Collections office remains closed to in-person access indefinitely, due to ongoing renovations on the building’s second floor.

Archives staff will make reasonable effort to address all research requests received by email or telephone to our office.

A temporary research station is currently available to patrons who schedule a visit to access materials under staff supervision. A government-issued form of identification is required for entry into the building.

Please remember that staff access to certain parts of the collection might be limited at certain times, depending on the pressing needs of the renovation work.
