The Archives holds two main collections related to Duke Kimbrough McCall (September 1, 1914-April 2, 2013), the seventh president of Southern Seminary, serving from 1951 until retirement in 1982.
The Duke K. McCall Presidential Records consist of correspondence, memoranda, reports, manuscripts and other records that were created, collected and maintained by the Office of the President of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary during McCall’s administration. This collection is open for research, and a folder index is available upon request.
The Duke K. McCall Papers consist of sermons, speeches, lecture notes, biblical notes, manuscripts and other material created and collected by McCall during his career.
